Rubbing the skin can just agitate it. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">Next up, a staple in my makeup kit is <a href="http://www.hylunia.com/products/face-care/facial-toners/colloidal-silver-with-lavender-floral-water">Hylunia Colloidal Silver</a> Spray. Something about cooling you down from the inside and the outside at the same time seems to help enormously.
